Express Scripts to Acquire WellPoint Subsidiary April 15, 2009 at 7:16 am St. Louis, Missouri-based Express Scripts Inc. and Indianapolis-based WellPoint Inc., have entered into an agreement, by virtue of which Express Script will acquire the latter's NextRx subsidiary for a deal value worth $4.675 billion.
